Dr. Arun Asok Cheriyan

Dr. Arun Asok Cheriyan started his Cardiology practice with the establishment of Interventional Cathlab services at Sagara Co-Operative Hospital, Punnapra, Alleppey. Subsequently helped with the introduction of round the clock Primary Angioplasty Program at Alleppey Medical College in the coastal district of Alleppey in Kerala. Trained in Electrophysiology at the prestigious Greenlane Cardiology Services at Auckland City Hospital, New Zealand following which he was instrumental in the expansion of Cardiology Services at Moulana Hospital in North Kerala with the establishment of an EP lab and introduction of Electrophysiology Services together with upgradation of Interventional Cathlab services.

Previously at Aster Clinics where he had introduced Heart Rhythm Clinic with the addition of services like Tilt table testing and Pacemaker/ICD clinics.

Currently working as a Specialist Cardiologist with Life Healthcare in Dubai, UAE. 

His areas of interest are Arrhythmias and Heart Failure.
